「４年に一度じゃない。一生に一度だ」のキャッチコピーで２０１９年９月にＲＷＣが開催される。
それをより楽しもうと、選手たちの着ているラグビージャーを趣味で集めてみました。それぞれ国を代表して戦うためのユニフォームなので、調べてみると、結構深いです。
RWC観戦記 その2
RWC観戦3週目になり、東京スタジアムでの試合観戦にも少し慣れた。今回は「アルゼンチン ｖｓ イングランド」。だんだんとサポーターの会場到着時間が早まってきて、混雑を避けるため、キックオフの4時間前の13：00に到着。2時間前だと、お目当てのグッズも会場では、混んでいて買うのに一苦労。さすがに4時間前だと、空いていました。でも、熱心なサポーターは、結構きていますね。
スタジアムは、3時間前にならないと入れませんが、周囲を周回することはできました。
スタジアムの周囲では、ボランティアの人たちが、集合して気合を入れていました。彼らのモチベーションは高いです。ありがとう。
さすがに、4時間前だと、時間つぶしを考えないと、いけないので、スタジアム前の「SPORTS XEBIO」で時間つぶし。写真のように、RWCの公式ジャージが揃っています。個人的にはマイナー国のジャージに食指が動きます。ジョージア、ナミビア、ウルグアイ、ロシア等々。特に今大会のブルーのジャージがとてもキレイです。個人的には、ナミビア及びサモアのジャージの出来が秀逸。しかし、定価は高い（15,000円超！）。勢いでは、買うことができないので、2年後くらいを待ちます。
今回、目についた現地でのバッタもの（ノーブランド商品）。メチャクチャ売れていたのが、アルゼンチン半袖ジャージ。確か2,000円？スタジアム内では、このバッタものジャージを何百人も着ていました。ノーブランドということ以外は、出来も秀逸。もう少しで私も買いそうになりました。しかし、アルゼンチンの正規レプリカを着ていたし、買い増しする必要はないかなと踏みとどまりました。
適当に時間をつぶしてから、キックオフ3時間前に中に入場。早めに入場した人が、時間を潰せるように、中にはファンゾーンが設けてあります。他会場の試合も中継しているので、結構楽しめます。ただ、この日の難点は、季節外れの暑さ。28度はあったかと思います。ファンゾーンは、床の照り返しが強くて、もう少し涼しければ最高。
で、着席。今回は1Fの2列（カテゴリーD、ゴール裏）でした。ゴール裏でも、ここまで前に来ると、ゴール裏に迫ってくる選手の表情が見えます。結構迫力ありました。 肝心の試合の方ですが、カードとしては、プールCの3強であるアルゼンチンとイングランドが激突する黄金カード。しかも、アルゼンチンは1敗して崖っぷちだったので、白熱のゲームを期待していました。実際、前半10分までは、白熱していましたが、イングランドの10番ファレルに対して、アルゼンチンのロックのラバニーニが、ウエスタンラリアートのようなハイタックル（失敗）をぶっ放して、一発退場。14人になったアルゼンチンは、以後、急失速。大差で敗れてしまいました。
後半10分を過ぎると、スタンドでは、退屈のため、ウエーブを連発。30分を過ぎたら、途中退席する人がゾロゾロでてきました。あのレッドカードが試合をぶち壊しました。
でも、サポーターたちは、楽しんでいました。帰り際、アルゼンチンジャージを着ていた私は、階段でイングランドのサポーターに握手を求められました。Thank you.
